1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and 3k776 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3k776 website located at https://3k776.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through that website.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet, no withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 Bonus Validity

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited by 3k776 to the extent necessary to cover losses, costs, or damages attributable to the player's breach. Where no breach has occurred and the account is closed at the player's own request, the remaining account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10 Intellectual Property
